Algemene Voorwaarden Beautysalon Da Ponte Beauty

1. Algemeen

1.1 Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle behandelingen en diensten die worden aangeboden door Beautysalon Da Ponte Beauty, gevestigd aan Prinses Mariannelaan 280, 2275 BP Voorburg, hierna te noemen “de Salon.”

1.2 Door een afspraak te maken voor een behandeling bij de Salon, verklaart de klant zich akkoord met deze algemene voorwaarden.

2. Aanbetaling

2.1 Voor alle behandelingen bij Da Ponte Beauty is een aanbetaling van 20 euro vereist. Voor duo behandelingen is een aanbetaling van 40 euro vereist.

2.2 De aanbetaling dient te worden voldaan tijdens het maken van de afspraak.

2.3 Indien de aanbetaling niet op de dag dat de afspraak word gepland is ontvangen, zal de Salon contact opnemen met de klant om de afspraak te herbevestigen. Indien er geen reactie van de klant komt, of geen aanbetaling, behoudt de Salon zich het recht voor de afspraak te annuleren, zodat de geplande tijd opnieuw kan worden ingepland voor andere klanten.

2.4 Betaling van de aanbetaling kan geschieden via iDEAL, bankoverschrijving of contante betaling.

2.5 De aanbetaling wordt afgetrokken van het totale bedrag van de behandeling en wordt verrekend op de dag van de behandeling.

3. Annulering en Wijziging van Afspraak

3.1 De klant kan de afspraak kosteloos annuleren tot 24 uur voor de geplande behandeling.

3.2 Bij annulering binnen 24 uur voor de geplande behandeling wordt de aanbetaling niet terugbetaald. Dit geld ook voor behandelingen waarbij het volledige tarief van 20 of 40 euro is aanbetaald. 

3.3 Indien de klant niet op de afgesproken dag verschijnt (no-show), vervalt de aanbetaling en wordt deze niet gerestitueerd. Wanneer de klant te laat komt, gaat dit van de behandeltijd af.

3.4 Wijziging van de afspraak is mogelijk, mits dit minimaal 24 uur van tevoren gebeurt. De Salon zal, afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid, proberen een alternatieve datum en tijd voor de behandeling aan te bieden.

4. Betaling van Behandelingen

4.1 Het resterende bedrag van de behandeling dient volledig te worden betaald bij afloop van de behandeling.

4.2 Betaling van het resterende bedrag kan geschieden via iDEAL of contante betaling.

5. Aansprakelijkheid

5.1 De Salon is niet aansprakelijk voor schade of letsel die ontstaat tijdens of na de behandeling, tenzij er sprake is van opzet of grove nalatigheid aan de zijde van de Salon of haar medewerkers.

5.2 De klant is verplicht de Salon voorafgaand aan de behandeling te informeren over relevante medische aandoeningen, allergieën, huidproblemen of andere bijzonderheden die van invloed kunnen zijn op de uitvoering van de behandeling.

5.3 De Salon is niet aansprakelijk voor verlies, schade of diefstal van eigendommen van de klant die tijdens het verblijf in de Salon worden meegenomen, tenzij er sprake is van opzet of grove nalatigheid aan de zijde van de Salon.

6. Privacy en Gegevensbescherming

6.1 De Salon respecteert de privacy van haar klanten en verwerkt persoonsgegevens in overeenstemming met de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG). Persoonsgegevens worden uitsluitend gebruikt voor administratieve doeleinden met betrekking tot de behandeling en worden niet zonder toestemming van de klant aan derden verstrekt, tenzij dit wettelijk vereist is. Wij vragen uw geboortedatum bij het boeken van een afspraak zodat u 20% korting ontvangt in uw verjaardagsmaand.

7. Wijziging van Algemene Voorwaarden

7.1 De Salon behoudt zich het recht voor deze algemene voorwaarden op elk moment te wijzigen. Wijzigingen zullen tijdig via de website of per e-mail aan de klanten worden gecommuniceerd.

8. Toepasselijk Recht en Geschillen

8.1 Op alle overeenkomsten tussen de klant en de Salon is Nederlands recht van toepassing.

8.2 Geschillen die voortvloeien uit of verband houden met de overeenkomst tussen de klant en de Salon zullen in eerste instantie door partijen in onderling overleg worden opgelost. Indien een oplossing niet kan worden bereikt, wordt het geschil voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Den Haag.

9. Behandelingen

9.1 Duo behandelingen zijn alleen mogelijk op dinsdagen woensdagen en vrijdagen.

9.2 Bij acties bestaat de mogelijkheid dat u word behandeld door een stagiaire.

1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all treatments and services offered by Beauty Salon Da Ponte Beauty, located at Prinses Mariannelaan 280, 2275 BP Voorburg, hereinafter referred to as "the Salon."

1.2 By booking an appointment for a treatment at the Salon, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Deposit

2.1 A deposit of 20% of the total treatment amount is required to confirm any appointment at the Salon. Treatments of 15 euro or less require full payment upfront.  For services under 40 euros, a deposit of 15 euros is required. For duo treatments, a deposit of €30 is required for promotions under €80.

2.2 The deposit for short-term appointments (within one week) must be paid within 48 hours of booking. For long-term appointments (more than one week in advance), the deposit must be paid within 3 to 7 days of booking.

2.3 If the deposit is not received within the stated period, the Salon will contact the customer to reconfirm the appointment. If no response is received, the Salon reserves the right to cancel the appointment, allowing the scheduled time to be made available to other clients.

2.4 Payment of the deposit can be made via iDEAL, bank transfer, or cash.

2.5 The deposit will be deducted from the total treatment cost and settled on the day of the treatment.

3. Cancellation and Appointment Changes

3.1 The customer may cancel the appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled treatment.

3.2 For cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled treatment, the deposit will not be refunded. This also applies to treatments for which the full amount of 15 euro has been paid in advance.

3.3 If the customer fails to appear on the agreed date (no-show), the deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

3.4 Appointment changes are possible provided they are made at least 24 hours in advance. The Salon will, depending on availability, offer an alternative date and time for the treatment.

4. Payment for Treatments

4.1 The remaining balance for the treatment must be paid in full at the end of the session.

4.2 Payment of the remaining balance can be made via iDEAL or cash.

5. Liability

5.1 The Salon is not liable for any damage or injury arising during or after the treatment, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of the Salon or its employees.

5.2 The customer is required to inform the Salon prior to the treatment of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, skin issues, or other special circumstances that may affect the performance of the treatment.

5.3 The Salon is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of the customer's personal belongings during their stay at the Salon, unless caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of the Salon.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 The Salon respects the privacy of its customers and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data is used solely for administrative purposes related to the treatment and will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s consent, unless legally required.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

7.1 The Salon reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated in a timely manner via the website or by email to customers.

8. Applicable Law and Disputes

8.1 Dutch law applies to all agreements between the customer and the Salon.

8.2 Any disputes arising from or related to the agreement between the customer and the Salon shall first be resolved by mutual consultation. If resolution is not possible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in The Hague.

​​9. Treatments

9.1 Duo treatments are only possible on tuesdays , wednesdays and fridays.

9.2 For promotional treatments, there is a possibillity that you will be treated by a stagiaire.
